BodyPhase does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with any server, third party, or developer.
All data you enter — body weight, workout logs, habit completions, and profile settings — is stored exclusively on your device using iOS local storage (UserDefaults).
Optionally, data syncs to Apple’s iCloud Key-Value Store if you are signed into iCloud on your device. This sync happens between your own devices only. The developer has no access to your iCloud data.
BodyPhase uses no analytics, advertising, crash reporting, tracking, or third-party SDKs of any kind. There are no external network requests.
The app schedules local notifications on your device to remind you of meals and workout sessions. These notifications are processed entirely on-device. No notification content is sent to any server.
